Kneading, shaping, bolting ... 🥖
For 2 days, 6 of our employees benefited from the know-how of our baker demonstrator during the "Formation Boulangère" that was offered to them.
A training that allows to understand the usefulness and the functioning of our equipment (and the kneading machines proved to be indispensable after kneading a first time by hand!!! 😅).
A few buns, croissants, traditions, brownies, pizzas ... later, our 6 apprentice bakers left delighted with this training!
