September was an intense month for our sales teams and our bakers, and it's not over yet!
Two emblematic trade shows: Fine Food Australia in Merlbourne (Australia) from September 5 to 8 and IBIE in Las Vegas (USA) from September 17 to 21.
Our teams flew to Australia at the beginning of this month. An ideal show to present during 3 days, the whole of our game, but also to exchange with our visitors. A trip to the other side of the world that allowed our team to see some of our customers like the Lune bakery.
Just back in France, our teams left for Las Vegas, for the IBIE show from September 17th to 21st. Throughout these 4 days, demonstrations of the equipment were given by our baker and Stéphane Grattier from Christophe's bakery (Washington DC), winner of the World Bread Awards, Baguette category, for the second year in a row. We are proud to have been able to accompany Stéphane throughout this competition. Stéphane is already familiar with our equipment since his two bakeries are fully equipped by Pavailler Solution (CFI, Bertrand Puma and Pavailler).
