Masterclass Levain, with Rodolph Couston

This year, 2024, marks the 30th anniversary of Fermentolevain. Not 30 years of history, but it was in 1994 that Fermentolevain was awarded the prize for innovation of the year!

For this special year, we wanted to open our doors and offer you all the sourdough knowledge and expertise of our ambassador and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023, Rodolph Couston. That's why we're delighted to announce that our first masterclass will take place on July 2 and 3 (two one-day sessions)!

Register for the masterclass

For one day, get all the advice you need from Rodolph; he'll share his secrets on the different types of sourdough, how to care for it, how to store it and his best recipes.

The day's program:

  • 7am - 1pm: training in the different sourdoughs
  • 1pm - 2pm: lunch
  • from 2pm: discussions with Rodolph Couston

Location:

To guarantee quality training, both sessions are limited to a maximum of 15 people.
