The water that flows from our taps is made up of a multitude of residues. Heavy metals, agricultural residues, traces of radioactivity and many other pollutants. All these residues have a significant impact on the quality of your products.

Numerous tests carried out in our lab in the Drôme region, using dynamized and filtered water, have revealed the extent to which unfiltered drinking water has an impact on leavening, fermentation and flavor development... In fact, the vortex in the Volute and Torrent systems allows the water to regain all its energy (like the water that flows down from the mountains and rubs against the rocks 🏔️). The natural filters in these systems, made from volcanic stone in particular, remove most of these residues.
