Nova Soft – Roller
The Nova Soft roller allows to stretch the dough pieces without degassing them in order to ensure a quality development of the products, rounded ends and to preserve the honeycomb.
NOVA SOFT :
- Polyvalent: it can handle dough pieces from 80 to 800g and allows a wide variety of products: traditional breads, rolls, sandwich breads, flutes, etc.
- Robustness: Just like the other Bertrand Puma products, robustness is at the heart of the Nova Soft, ensured by a stainless steel frame. The box carpet is made of 5mm thick synthetic wooltop. The fixed carpet is made of 3mm thick wool.
- Compact : To be placed on a table or on a base, its compactness allows it to be integrated in all bakery configurations. Its sustained rhythm and its complementarity with the divider-formers like DiviTrad, make it a guarantee of productivity and ergonomics.
